If interested in joining, you will need to fill out an application with the Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management (KCDEM), agree to the KCDEM Volunteer Code of Conduct, and consent to a background check. You will also need to complete several free, online Incident Command System (ICS) courses, as required by FEMA.
Please review the links below and follow the directions to print and fill out all relevant documents. Either bring them to one of our monthly general meetings or drop them off at the KCDEM Office (see Meetings page for details).
