This evening Kitsap WESAR searchers were called to Bremerton to look for a missing man. A group of our members dropped what they were doing, including eating dinner, threw their gear in their vehicles, and started driving. Some made it to our rendezvous location and others had not yet arrived when we got a call that the man had been found.
The responding members turned around, went back home, and picked up where they left off after some spent almost an hour on the road. We’re ready and willing to be turned around because we’re happy to see searches resolve as quickly as possible, whether we do the searching or not!
